Advantages of a paperless office

4; It also saves you some time by doing work rather then writing all out on a piece of paper.
5; It keeps your files neat.
6; You can represent your work to your friend on power point.

Dis vantages of paperless office

1; It can cost money and time.

2; to go paperless means keeping all records electronically.

3; You can lose important documents by forgetting to save it in your files.
4; sometimes there might be some issues where your work could just disappear (bugs and breakdowns).
5; Some people might not know how to use computers and how they work, and how can people write documents.
6; You might not have the right system and programs to complete and finish your work.
